Non-Refundable Services

All fees paid for personal property appraisal services are non-refundable. By commissioning our services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final. This policy applies to all stages of the appraisal process.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: Clients are required to pay the full amount quoted for the appraisal services prior to the delivery of the appraisal report.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards through Stripe, bank transfers, and checks.
  • No Delivery Without Payment: The final appraisal report will not be delivered until full payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery of Appraisal Report

  • Method of Delivery: Upon receipt of full payment, the appraisal report will be delivered via email.
  • Timeline: The delivery timeline will be communicated to the client upon confirmation of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Commencement: If you choose to cancel the service before any work has commenced, please contact us immediately. Refunds in such cases are subject to administrative fees and are at the sole discretion of Estate Appraisal Experts.
  • After Commencement: Once the appraisal process has begun, cancellations are not accepted, and payments are non-refundable.

Exceptions

This refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under consumer protection laws. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of HC 707 Consulting Group in extenuating circumstances.
